About ICSPS

The Illinois Center for Specialized Support (ICSPS) facilitates the improved performance of special populations learners in career and technical education by providing professional development, publications, and technical assistance.

ICSPS provides services to secondary and postsecondary educational organizations through the College of Education, Educational Administration and Foundations Department at Illinois State University.

This project is funded pursuant to grants issued by the Illinois State Board of Education and the Illinois Community College Board. ICSPS is funded one hundred percent through the Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technical Education Act of 1998.
