National Center for Deaf-Blind Youths & Adults

The Helen Keller National Center for Deaf-Blind Youths & Adults (HKNC) offers intensive and comprehensive rehabilitation training to individuals who are deaf-blind. Field Services include ten regional offices, and more than forty affiliated programs, a national training team, technical assistance center, and older adults program

PATH PROGRAM (Person-centered Approach Toward Habilitation)

PATH offers vocational and rehabilitation services for a teens through seniors, regional and national field services, access to a variety of grant projects, and opportunities for involvement at many levels.

Project Reach: Illinois Deaf-Blind Services provides technical assistance, information, and training to address the early intervention, special education, related services, and transitional service needs of children with deaf-blindness and enhance State capacity to improve services and outcomes for children and their families.
