Description: In this era of ever-increasing state testing pressure, Reavis High School collaborated with Moraine Valley Community College to provide a Career Testing Day Experience which included a range of Career
Proficiency Exams. The Compass test, business fields, health fields, apprenticeships, the ASVAB and others
were included. The intent was to strengthen intrinsic motivation on the part of seniors and provide a “testing
future” experience which would show all of our students that career testing will be part of their lives. This
presentation will explain the development, implementation, and measurements involved.

of student education records. FERPA is intended to help preserve the privacy of student records, but it does
