Technical Assistance

Without the right level of knowledge in a variety of fields, effectively implementing new and innovative programs and ideas is difficult.  ICSPS employs research coordinators to listen to your needs and assist in connecting you with the information and assistance that you need to successfully improve the education of special populations learners.

ICSPS Technical Assistance Specialties

Research: Career and Technical Education, including, but non limited to, the integration and support of special populations students in the CTE classrooms.

Evaluation: No project can fully realize its outcomes without objective evaluation. From beginning proposal writing through dissemination of final impact statement, ICSPS can guide your organization through effective evaluation, both qualitative and quantitative.

Grant Writing and Grant Writing Team Management: Have a great idea for a project but don't know who might be interested in funding? Have a potential funder, but need re-framing of an idea? Are your collaborative partners competing instead of cooperating? ICSPS offers a full range of grant writing services.

Self-Assessment-Based Project Management: Changing outcomes starts with accurately identifying needs. ICSPS award-winning project model begins with self-assessment (customized to your organization and project), utilizes the self-assessment results to help set measurable goals, employs research to find the most effective practices to reach the goals, implements activities, analyzes data and disseminates results. ICSPS can provide the exact consultant assistance needed for your organization to focus limited resources for effective change.
